This is dedicated to the New Yorker, but Texan at heart, who is always in search of the perfect food.
While I'm not a chef or expert food critic, my knowledge of food, ingredients, spices, preparation is a touch more expansive than the normal diner. That being said, my PASSION is food. It is one of the few things in life I find truly fascinating. Food is the nectar of my earth...there is nothing more beautiful.
